When can I order?
Radiance is in its preview season. Products are being sample-tested right now, and ordering opens product by product as each one passes Cheryl's wear test.
How fast is shipping?
Orders are processed in 1–3 business days. Delivery estimates are shown on each product page and at checkout — we only promise what our suppliers have proven they can do.
What is your return policy?
Wigs can be returned within 15 days of delivery if unworn with the lace uncut and tags attached. Bundles and install essentials must be unopened. Email rocbredradiance@gmail.com to start a return.
Is the hair really 100% human hair?
Every product page prints the exact hair content. Some products are 100% human hair; some are high-quality blends — and the page will say so plainly either way.
