You have 15 days from delivery to request a return.

Wigs: returnable if unworn, with the lace uncut and tags attached.

Bundles and install essentials: returnable if unopened and unused.

How to start: Email rocbredradiance@gmail.com with your order number. Once we receive and inspect the item, refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 business days.

Damaged or wrong item? Email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we will replace it or refund you — no return shipping cost to you.
